WT Equipment is looking to hire a Store Manager for their location in Rayville, LA.
The Store Manager is responsible for the implementing of the location business plan objectives and fulfilling the expectations of the owners.
Provides leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical, and financial resources for the dealership.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment daily.
This focus will ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance, including sales, budgets, and cost control, according to established goals for the dealership.
Responsible for all departments achieving revenue growth as well as sales and profitability goals.
Responsible for creating a culture of positive attitudes and high morale among employees.
Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues.
Communicates the dealership values, principles, vision, and mission within their location.
Communicates with other WT Equipment Store Managers to implement best practices and consistent processes for all departments within the organization.
Utilizes the support of organization staff to work toward improved performance and productivity.
Oversees maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility.
Evaluates the staffing needs of the dealership as well as the quality of the current staffing.
Conducts employee performance and reviews with input and direction from organization management team.
Maintain an open door of communication with all employees.
